Arthur Burghardt is a charismatic American actor who is known for is role as Dr. Jack Scott on One Life to Live and has voiced Transformers Devastator, Gobots Turbo, Cop-Tur, & Talc, Venom from Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man, Disney's Pete from the Prince and Pauper, and most notably G.I. Joe Sunbow cartoon characters Destro, Stalker, and Iceberg.
